If you need to contact us, be it praise or criticism, please call our telephone number 01562 777999 between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm GMT Monday to Friday or fax us on 01562 777001. Call are charged at BT's standard rates. Alternatively, e-mail us at sales@shedhut.co.uk. Cancelling orders

If you change your mind within a few days and need to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible by sending us an email to cancel@shedhut.co.uk together with your order number or telephone us on 01562 777000. However, if we have already despatched your order, then our returns policy will apply.

Changing your personal information

You have access to your personal information by visiting 'My account'. Here you can change details such as name, address, password, etc.

Customs and duty

Please note that all shipments to non EU countries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges may be levied once goods have reached your country. Any charges for duty, etc are your responsibility. Please bear this in mind when completing your overseas order.

Delivery

We carry considerable stock of most merchandise and subject to availability we seek to despatch most orders within 14 days by Royal Mail or courier for delivery within 2-3 days after this. Some products may take longer as noted in the product description. If we are out of stock on your items, we will inform you by email of an estimated dispatch date.

All deliveries are carried out by a one-person delivery. If necessary, you should be able to provide assistance to the driver in carrying the goods from the delivery vehicle to your requested point of delivery.

Payment information

Please note, due to the nature of our secure payment system, your credit card is authorised at the point of sale. Your card will then be billed within 5 days of authorisation. Should you decide to buy via off-line methods you will only be charged for items once they are ready for despatching.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment cards:- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Switch. We also accept cheques, postal orders, money orders and the old fashioned method of cash! When sending cash, money orders or postal orders, this must be sent via Recorded Delivery or an equivalent secure method

Returns policy

Here at shedhut.co.uk we want you to be happy with both our products and our service. If you do receive faulty goods or wish to return any item, please contact us within 48 hours at returns@shedhut.co.uk or call us on 01562 777999. We will then send you a returns label to attach to the parcel. You will need to pay for the cost of the return carriage.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your goods and we will seek to refund your money within 30 days of the cancellation, excluding the original carriage costs which is non-refundable. Please ensure that the items returned in good condition with all original packaging.

All items in our 'Sale' or 'Bargains' are of high quality and may be end of season, surplus stock or discontinued lines and available at a discounted price. For this reason, customers returning sale items, excluding returns for faults, will be given a credit refund only which can be applied against a future order.

Proof of posting will be required.
